📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement creator monetization strategies, including sponsorships, affiliate marketing, and digital product sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with content creators, ensuring they receive fair compensation and support for their work.
• Analyze creator performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create innovative monetization models and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in creator monetization, partnerships, or community management.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful creator monetization strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
