Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all activities are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and efficiency.Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and recognition for their contributions.Ensure that all departmental activities comply with company policies, procedures, and regulations.Monitor and evaluate departmental performance, providing regular reports to management.Develop and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.Any other duties as assigned by management.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
