📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs aligned with company goals and employee development needs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure training programs are effectively delivered.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Maintain records of training programs and participant feedback.,Provide support to the Training Officer in managing the training budget and resources.,Facilitate workshops and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with HR to ensure training programs are integrated with overall HR strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using training management software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
