📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance environmental resilience in the Bangka Belitung region.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and execution of environmental projects.
Monitor and evaluate environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and local communities to drive sustainable development initiatives.
Leverage data analytics and GIS tools to inform decision-making and track environmental impact.
Advocate for environmental policies and best practices within the organization and the broader community.
Represent the company at industry conferences and events to share best practices and innovations.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental management, with a proven track record in strategic planning and project execution.
Certification in Environmental Management Systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
Strong understanding of environmental regulations and standards relevant to Indonesia.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Proficient in using environmental management software such as ArcGIS, ERM, and environmental data analysis tools.
Experience in working with government agencies and NGOs.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
