As a Field Officer, you'll be at the forefront of our business operations, visiting customers to understand their needs and provide tailored financial solutions. Your daily tasks will include conducting surveys, analyzing customer data, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. You'll also be responsible for ensuring timely collections, following up on overdue payments, and resolving any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales, relationship management, or collection role in the financial services industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
