In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with their shopping needs and provide product information,Manage inventory and restock products as needed,Handle cash transactions and process returns or exchanges,Maintain a clean and organized shopping environment,Promote sales and special offers to customers,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily and monthly targets,Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service,Familiarity with basic inventory management systems,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Fluent in Indonesian and English,Ability to work both in-store and remotely,Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
