📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with Durioo+'s mission and values.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by leading initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
• Work closely with leadership to develop and execute people policies and programs.
• Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees.
• Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure HR practices are aligned with business goals and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and implement innovative solutions to support our growing team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on employee experience and culture building.
• Proficient in using HR management systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proven track record of delivering results.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
