Express Root Pratama is seeking a skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and a proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping.,Managing a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.,Implementing and maintaining efficient processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards.,Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure that customer requirements are met.,Resolving any operational issues or challenges that may arise, and working with vendors and suppliers to address any problems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics or warehouse management industry.,Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles and practices.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with both internal and external stakeholders.,Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, and to meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift is a plus.
