RADIUS Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team in Pademangan, Jakarta Raya. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including coordinating with vendors, setting up the venue, and managing guest lists.,Ensure that all banquet events are executed according to the agreed-upon schedule and budget.,Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide excellent customer service throughout the event planning process.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff to ensure high standards of service and event execution.,Handle any issues or problems that arise during banquet events, and work to resolve them quickly and effectively.,Maintain accurate records of all banquet events, including guest lists, vendor contracts, and event expenses.,Collaborate with other departments within RADIUS Group to ensure that banquet events are well-coordinated and integrated with other company events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet event planning and management.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and staff.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools, such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar.,Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.,Professional and courteous demeanor, with a strong commitment to customer service.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, as needed.
