📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Tanggung Jawab:
Perform accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects.Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports for management.Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and financial regulations.Coordinate with project teams to resolve cost-related issues and variances.Provide cost advice and recommendations to project managers and stakeholders.Prepare and submit tender documents, including bills of quantities and cost plans.Conduct site inspections and measurements to verify project progress and costs.Maintain accurate project records and ensure proper documentation of all cost-related activities.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 2 years in a senior role.Strong knowledge of construction costing principles and practices.Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Familiarity with Singaporean construction industry standards and regulations.🛠️ Keahlian
