In this role, you will play a crucial part in our recruitment process, assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and schedule interviews.,Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information.,Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit.,Provide administrative support during the onboarding process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving recruitment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
