📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement comprehensive QESH policies and procedures aligned with international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of QESH management systems using tools like SAP and MS Project.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QESH standards and regulations.
• Provide training and guidance to project teams on QESH best practices and procedures.
• Monitor and report on QESH performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in project planning and execution, integrating QESH considerations into project schedules and budgets.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in QESH through regular reviews and feedback sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in QESH management, preferably in a construction or infrastructure project environment.
• Certifications in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, or other relevant QESH standards.
• Strong understanding of QESH regulations and standards applicable to Indonesia.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing QESH management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as SAP and MS Project.
