📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management and stakeholders,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in various business areas,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures,Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with regulations and standards,Providing guidance and support to employees on internal control matters,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and projects,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date audit documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal control,Proficiency in using audit software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations,Knowledge of English is a plus
