📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient and effective functioning of all departments.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the overall performance and productivity of the hospital.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards in the healthcare industry.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the hospital against set goals and KPIs.,Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the staff.,Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of medical equipment and facilities.,Manage the hospital's budget and financial resources, ensuring efficient and effective utilization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of managing operations and improving performance in a healthcare setting.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and standards.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with healthcare software and systems is a plus.
