📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.,Ensure that food and beverage quality standards are met and maintained.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment.,Work with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and events.,Ensure that the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained and enhanced.,Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on that data.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work well with a team and in a fast-paced environment.
