📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform daily room inspections and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms.,Change linens, towels, and bedding according to schedule.,Stock and replenish amenities in guest rooms, including toiletries, mini-bar items, and other supplies.,Handle and process guest requests and complaints related to room service and maintenance.,Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure efficient and effective room turnaround.,Follow and adhere to health and safety protocols and guidelines.,Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and guest satisfaction.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school education or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Room Attendant or similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus.,Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.,Attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and orderliness.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
