📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2G markets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.,Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, and social media content.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.,Attend and participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.,Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role, with a focus on B2B, B2C, or B2G strategies.,Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.,Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.,Proficiency in using marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, analytics platforms, and graphic design software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
