📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and analyses to ensure product quality and safety.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for laboratory operations.
  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Train and mentor junior laboratory staff on laboratory techniques and safety protocols.
  • Conduct research and development activities to support product innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and effectiveness.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Biology, Chemistry, or Laboratory Science.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid certification in laboratory safety and environmental compliance.
