📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
