📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and evaluate potential customers for gold installment financing
• Present financing solutions and explain the benefits of gold financing
• Facilitate the application process and ensure compliance with credit policies
• Collaborate with Antam and other partners to provide competitive and reliable services
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for gold financing
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure targets are met
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit analysis, marketing, or a similar role
• Strong understanding of gold financing and installment agreements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus
• Familiarity with Antam's gold financing products and processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
