📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of field collectors, ensuring they meet daily and monthly collection targets.
Develop and implement collection strategies to improve recovery rates and efficiency.
Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions for the collection team.
Monitor and report collection performance to senior management.
Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline the collection process and improve overall operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in field collections or a similar role.
Proven track record of achieving collection targets and improving recovery rates.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with collection software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
