📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage staff schedules, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Optimize service processes to improve efficiency and guest experience.
• Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and customer service.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems like QuickBooks or SAP.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Indonesian hospitality standards and regulations.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
