📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the management and coordination of port operations, including cargo handling, vessel berthing, and terminal management.
• Work closely with the port operations team to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods, adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
• Support the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols to enhance efficiency and safety.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of operational reports and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in port operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of port operations through feedback and best practice sharing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related field is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of port operations and logistics principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
