📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire export-import process, including documentation, compliance, and logistics.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Monitor and manage trade compliance and risk, including import/export controls and sanctions.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for customs clearance and trade compliance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export-import transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of trade strategies and initiatives.
• Provide support and guidance to internal teams on trade compliance and logistics matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in export-import operations, trade compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trade software and tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
