📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct detailed cost analysis and financial evaluations to support bidding and tendering processes
• Develop and maintain accurate costing models and financial forecasts using tools such as SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Collaborate with project managers and financial analysts to gather and interpret financial data, ensuring its accuracy and relevance
• Provide strategic recommendations to optimize costing processes and enhance profitability
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to stakeholders, including senior management and clients
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in costing and financial analysis
• Contribute to the development and implementation of financial strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational goals

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in costing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role within the construction or infrastructure industry
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, cost estimation, and financial forecasting
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables
• Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
