📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and drive operational excellence.
• Partner with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
• Manage employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration using SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
• Conduct regular HR audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Lead HR projects, such as organizational development initiatives and talent management programs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Represent the company at HR-related events and stakeholder meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a retail or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven experience in strategic HR initiatives, employee engagement, and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with HR software such as SAP SuccessFactors and BambooHR.
