As an Invoice-To-Cash DS Collection & Dispute Management Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and resolving payment disputes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and optimizing our financial systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and enhance our data-driven collection strategies, utilizing tools like SAP, Oracle, and Power BI.

- Manage and resolve payment disputes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Optimize financial processes and enhance our global operations by leveraging data-driven insights
- Implement and enhance data-driven collection strategies, utilizing tools like SAP, Oracle, and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve our financial systems and processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Provide regular reports and analysis to senior management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings
- Train and mentor junior team members
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in French and English, both written and spoken
- Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes, with experience in SAP, Oracle, or similar tools
- Certification in financial analysis or a related field is a plus
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
