📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the design process from concept to final product, ensuring all pieces align with our boutique’s brand identity and luxury standards.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop collections that resonate with our target audience.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior designers, fostering a creative and productive work environment.
• Source high-quality fabrics and materials, considering both sustainability and durability.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, attending fashion shows and workshops to inspire our designs.
• Oversee the production process, ensuring timely delivery of orders and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Develop and present design concepts to the management team, justifying your creative decisions.
• Manage the boutique’s social media presence, showcasing our collections and engaging with our audience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion design, with a proven track record in leading design teams.
• Proven experience in luxury fashion, with a portfolio showcasing high-end designs.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PatternMaker.
• Strong understanding of Balinese culture and its influence on fashion.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
